RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Twitter microblog. "In his last speech, President Aliyev grossly violated the agreement to refrain from the threat of force or its use, provided for in the Sochi tripartite declaration.
It is strange that he accuses Armenia of violating mutually agreed statements.
In his latest speech, president Aliyev flagrantly violated the agreement on refraining from the threat or use of force, stipulated in Sochi trilateral statement. Oddly enough, he accuses #Armenia of violating mutually agreed statements!
