Kazbek Taisaev, the first deputy chairman of the Russian State Duma's CIS affairs, Eurasian integration, and relations with the compatriot's committee, stated that they could not imagine Armenia without Russia and Russia without Armenia.
He says, "Our countries are connected by a great victory that no one can take away. We are also connected by common culture, history, religion, and faith."
Taisaev stated that the component of parliamentary cooperation should have an even more critical role in solving the problems of Armenia and Russia. According to him, the discussion in the RA National Assembly took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. "We agreed on the steps to be taken by the two parliamentarians in the future. We have experience of successful cooperation on Upper Lars. There are problems related to Lars, and a working map will be formed regarding these problems, which will help in further steps."
