The head of the delegation on relations with the South Caucasus in the European Parliament, Marina Kalyurand, wrote on her Twitter page a little while ago.
"Two years ago, the second Nagorno-Karabakh war ended with a cease-fire agreement. However, it did not resolve the conflict. A solution can only be reached through negotiations. The mediation between the European Union and the United States of America is becoming increasingly important. A fair peace treaty guaranteeing the rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh is a necessity."
