The units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Armenian positions. Ministry of Defense

The RA Ministry of Defense has issued a message which states explicitly:
"On the night of November 8-9, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from rifle weapons of different calibers in the direction of the Armenian positions located in the eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
As of 10:00, the situation on the frontline is relatively stable."
