The city council of Strasbourg adopted a resolution to support RA

On November 7, the city council of Strasbourg unanimously adopted a resolution on providing support to Armenia, which was presented by council member Pierre Jakubovich (M. Pierre JAKUBOWICZ).

The resolution emphasizes that Armenia has once again been subjected to aggression by Azerbaijan on its land, its borders and international law have been violated.

It is noted that Armenia, a member of the Council of Europe, is a friendly, fraternal country, on which repeated attacks pose an existential threat to it, which is unacceptable.

The City Council of Strasbourg and all its members reaffirm their support for the Armenian people. They strongly condemn the military attack on Armenia, calling for a return to a just and lasting peace.

As a sign of solidarity with Armenia and the Armenian people, apart from the financial support, the Armenian flag will be raised on the buildings of the Strasbourg city hall and administrative center.
