The Embassy of Belarus in Baku congratulated "brotherly Azerbaijan on the occasion of the holiday."
"We sincerely wish you success in establishing peace and security in the region for the sake of the well-being and prosperity of Azerbaijan," the post said.
Earlier, we reported that the Iranian Embassy in Baku congratulated Azerbaijan on the occasion of "Victory Day and the Liberation of the Occupied Territories" on its Twitter page.
