According to the Azerbaijani press, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagir Ghalibaf, will soon arrive in Armenia.
In order to find out the authenticity of the news, Radar Armenia contacted Vahan Hunanyan, press secretary of the RA Foreign Ministry, who said that the answer to the question can be given by the National Assembly.
Speaker of the National Assembly Tsovinar Khachatryan said that during his visit to Iran, the National Assembly President Alen Simonyan invited his colleague to Armenia.
Khachatryan did not provide details about the dates and agenda of the visit.
By the way, Azerbaijani media report that the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament has postponed his visit to Baku, leaving it for "a more convenient time".
