The NKR authorities did not use Serzh Sargsyan's support during the war
Radar Armenia sent a request to the office of the former President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, requesting information on whether Serzh Sargsyan provided any financial or other support to Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia during and after the 2020 autumn war. We were also interested in which departments his office worked with in this matter and what kind of results were recorded.
According to the answer of the third president's office, Serzh Sargsyan went to Nagorno-Karabakh in the first days of the 2020 war to transfer his help and experience. Still, the NKR authorities did not consider it appropriate to use his support.
"The outgoing president also went to Artsakh in the first days of the war to participate in any way with his comrades-in-arms, to transfer his experience, knowledge, and skills for the competent conduct of war and negotiations in the most difficult situation, but the Artsakh authorities unwisely did not consider it appropriate to take advantage of the offered support." it was said in the reply of Serzh Sargsyan's office.
