I can make two protocols; one is good, the other is bad, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan stated in the National Assembly.

He says, "The bad thing is that in all the directions we are negotiating with Azerbaijan, we meet Azerbaijan's maximalist, superstitious positions. According to my impression, considering its military successes, Azerbaijan can now dictate some conditions to Armenia. Of course, this cannot be a reality; it is impossible to achieve long-term, comprehensive, stable peace in this way. I hope that Azerbaijan will understand this more clearly over time. If they want and are interested in having a stable peace in the South Caucasus, they should also state that there cannot be one-sided beneficial solutions in some issues."

Regarding the excellent news, the Foreign Minister elaborated. "All the issues, all directions that we are negotiating, there is clear attention of the international community on them. We can see this. When we make a time analysis, we see that this attention is increasing more and more for now. Especially after the Azerbaijani aggression of September 13-14, I think the international community sent an obvious message to Azerbaijan that the use of force or the threat of use of force cannot be a way to solve issues. Again, I hope this message will be well understood in Azerbaijan."

According to the Foreign Minister, Armenia constructively participates in negotiations on various platforms. He pointed to the tripartite meeting held in Sochi.
