RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan spoke about the ongoing negotiations to unblock transport routes in the region.
According to him, "No one questions the fact that the possible roads or transport infrastructures to be unblocked and supposedly newly built will be entirely under the sovereignty of the countries, within the framework of territorial integrity, through whose territory they pass. The details are still being discussed. I must record the constructiveness of the Armenian side and the non-constructiveness of the Azerbaijani and other potentially interested parties."
