Edmon Marukyan, RA ambassador with special instructions, wrote on his Twitter microblog. "The path to peace is the withdrawal of the Azerbaijani armed forces from the Armenian sovereign territories, the return of all prisoners of war, border demarcations according to the 1991 Almaty Declaration and Protocol, and the opening of communications based on the sovereignty of the parties."

Armenia needs a firm guarantor, not a moderator, for peace treaty negotiations & the conclusion of a future long lasting peace treaty with Azerbaijan. Otherwise, it is impossible to come to consent with someone who holds a gun to your head & does not respect any agreements.
