The spokesman of Russian President Dmitry Peskov informed TASS that the tripartite meeting between the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan, Nikol Pashinyan, Vladimir Putin, and Ilham Aliyev, has started in Sochi.
He noted that apart from the leaders, the three countries' foreign ministers also have a private conversations.
