While answering the question about the conclusion of the peace treaty in the National Assembly, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced, "I want and will want it to be signed by the end of this year."
According to Nikol Pashinyan, he and the government are making every effort to make it realistic. "We hope, an important detail, that the delimitation works will be completed before the peace treaty signing. How realistic is that? If we agree in Prague that it will essentially happen based on the borders of 1991, it can be practical because those borders are known.
Pashinyan also mentioned that an internationally visible dialogue should be started between NK and Azerbaijan, a significant circumstance. There should be specific visual mechanisms to protect the rights and security of the Armenians of NK. "It will be perfect, and I will be happy if we can do it. From our side, we are ready to make maximum efforts to make what you said to happen."
Pashinyan also referred to the term enmity. "The hostility and the situation, in general, must be managed because if it is not managed, it can bring harm."
