The Prime Minister announced what issues he was going to discuss with the Russian President at the bilateral meeting

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the response of the international community and partner countries to the military aggression of September 13. In this context, he recalled the tripartite statement of November 26, 2021.

"It is written in that statement that the parties agreed to take measures to increase the level of security and stability on the RA-Azerbaijan border and to bring the case to the start of the work of the border demarcation commission. Based on that statement's text, we first said that we needed to create security measures and mechanisms and then only discussed the start of the delimitation process. At that time, a number of our partners, including our partners from Russia, said that the activity of the delimitation commission itself would be a security mechanism. We did not share the point of view at the time, but we decided to show flexibility and take that step. But also, after the formation of the delimitation commission, the September 13 aggression took place. And it is incomprehensible to me that the colleagues, who said that the formation of the delimitation commission is also a security mechanism, have not expressed a clear political position regarding the aggression of September 13. These are issues that I will discuss, including in the format of a bilateral meeting with the President of the Russian Federation," Nikol Pashinyan announced.
