Armenia has neither written nor verbally committed to providing the corridor

Neither in writing nor orally has Armenia undertaken the obligation to provide the corridor. Edmon Marukyan, RA ambassador with special assignments, wrote about this on his Twitter page.
"All those who claim that Armenia has promised something like this are presenting the desired as reality," Marukyan wrote.
