Today, October 18, the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Vahagn Khachaturyan, who is in the Republic of Bulgaria on a state visit, met with the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Galab Donev.
Galab Donev noted that the Armenian and Bulgarian peoples have a long-standing friendship. He expressed his satisfaction that excellent relations have been formed between the two countries, and there are excellent prospects for using unused potential in science, culture, healthcare, and other fields.
President Vahagn Khachaturyan thanked the Bulgarian Prime Minister, noting that this visit would be a new stimulus for developing relations between the two countries. The president also said that the two countries have a lot in common and emphasized that this meeting is in a symbolic year, as it is the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Armenia and Bulgaria.
