"Even though on the evening of September 14, a fragile cease-fire agreement was reached through the mediation of the United States, nevertheless, after that, the Azerbaijani side continues to violate the cease-fire regime regularly." He expressed gratitude to the US authorities, including many members of Congress, for accurately assessing the latest developments and for the 17 prisoners of war who recently returned to Armenia through the mediation of the United States.
