The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, arrived in the Republic of Bulgaria on a state visit.
President Khachaturyan and his delegation were welcomed by Bulgaria's Minister of e-Government, Tzveta Timev, Head of the Office of the Bulgarian President Lakin Anastasov, and other officials at Sofia's "Letishe" International Airport.
