RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Twitter microblog page: "Azerbaijan continuously attributes its ceasefire regime violations to Armenia. This creates a new delegate for new military aggression against Armenia.
A permanent international mechanism is needed to maintain the ceasefire regime and ensure border security."
