"Today, a technical group from the European Union will arrive in Armenia to discuss the location of the EU fact-finding mission and all the necessary criteria."
RA Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan stated this in a conversation with journalists today, referring to the issue of the location of the EU civilian mission.
The deputy minister responded to whether the CSTO has also proposed sending observers to the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, which one will be preferred. "We are open to all proposals that will strengthen our security, thanks to which the international community observation will be ensured to avoid the situation we had in September."
To the journalist's question, what are the proposals from the West regarding the settlement of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, Hovhannisyan said.
"These are not specific proposals from the West, but efforts to support both sides."
