Armen Grigoryan met with the delegation led by NK NA Speaker Artur Tovmasyan
On October 13, in Yerevan, the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, met with the delegation led by the Chairman of the National Assembly of Nagorno-Karabakh, Artur Tovmasyan. The board also included Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Davit Babayan, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Armenia Masis Mayilyan, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia in Armenia Sergey Ghazaryan and Chairman of the Permanent Committee of Foreign Relations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Vahram Balayan.
At the meeting, Armen Grigoryan presented details of the ongoing negotiation process in all directions, then the parties exchanged ideas and presented assessments regarding the security situation created around Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.
