The "Greek Solution" party proposed to invite the President of Armenia to give a speech in the Parliament of Greece
As the news network "Hayastan" of Athens informs, the "Greek Solution" party, which has ten deputies in the Greek parliament, addressed the speaker of the Greek parliament with a proposal to invite RA president Vahagn Khachatryan to the Greek parliament for a speech.
All the parliamentary group members signed the application, including Kyriakos Velopoulos, the party's president.
We present the application in its entirety below.
"Dear Mr. President,
Our country's relations with co-religious Armenia are friendly and eternal. We are two people at the same time who were subjected to the atrocities of the Turks.
It is worth noting that the Greek Parliament showed extreme sensitivity to the issue of Ukraine and invited the President of Ukraine, Mr. Zelenskiy, to make a speech at the plenary session of the Parliament House.
Therefore, turning to the presidency of the parliament, we ask you to invite Mr. Khachatryan, the president of the Republic of Armenia, to make a speech at the plenary session of the Greek parliament.
