The Deputy Minister of MTAI received the representatives of the French Development Agency
RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Christine Ghalechyan received the representatives of the French Development Agency (FDA), headed by Berenger Kalaman.
Welcoming the guests, the deputy minister highlighted the importance of expanding cooperation with the Republic of Armenia in road infrastructure development. During the meeting, the existing problems in the road sector, the possibilities of their solution, and the prospects for developing the industry were discussed.
Kristine Ghalechyan noted that it is essential to highlight the problems of the local road network, solve these problems and restore the network, which will significantly impact the residents' living standards in the communities.
The deputy minister also spoke about road safety issues and added that solutions to road safety issues are a priority for the government. Other important issues related to the sector were also discussed during the meeting.
