The meeting of the Yerevan City Commission for the preparation and conducting of the 2022 census in RA was held
On October 10, the Armenian Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Ministry held a meeting of the Yerevan City Commission for the Preparation and Conduct of the 2022 Census in the Republic of Armenia, which was chaired by the Minister of Economic and Technological Development, Gnel Sanosyan, the Chairman of the Yerevan City Commission for the Preparation and Conduct of the 2022 Census of the Republic of Armenia.
The chairman of the RA Statistical Committee, Stepan Mnatsakanyan, Head of Yerevan City Department of RA Police, Sevan Kocharyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Stepan Machyan, Deputy Head of Cadastre Committee Aram Gugarats, other officials from the Statistical Committee participated in the meeting.
Several issues were included in the agenda of the meeting. The importance, purpose, and method of conducting the census were presented, the process of census preparation was discussed, and regional commissions and community leaders provided issues related to the assistance. The minister emphasized the need to prepare and conduct the 2022 census at a high level.
