Issues related to the creation of an international mechanism between Stepanakert and Baku were discussed

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the representative of the French presidency in the EU Council, Isabelle Dumont, adviser to the French President's office, and Brice Roquefoux, the French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.

The Prime Minister emphasized the role of France as the co-chairing state of the OSCE Minsk Group and welcomed the visit of Mrs. Dumont and Mr. Roquefo.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to the implementation of the agreements reached at the meeting between Prime Minister Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron held in Paris on September 26. Thoughts were exchanged on the results of the quadrilateral meeting held in Prague between the Prime Minister of Armenia, the President of France, the President of the European Council, and the President of Azerbaijan.

The UN Charter and 1991 are based on the Alma-Ata declaration, the development of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the implementation of border demarcation work and ensuring the activities of the EU civil mission on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

The security and rights protection of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians, the creation of an international mechanism for discussions between Stepanakert and Baku, and the return of Armenian prisoners of war held in Azerbaijan were alluded to.
