They discussed issues related to the work of the EU civil mission

On October 10, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received Isabelle Dumont, advisor to the French President's office, and Brice Roquefoy, France's co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.

During the meeting, issues of the regional and international agenda were discussed, and issues related to the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty and the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem were addressed.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the quadrilateral meeting held in Prague on October 6.

The need for the immediate withdrawal of the Azerbaijani armed forces from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia, the repatriation of Armenian prisoners of war, and the importance of introducing international mechanisms for monitoring and controlling the border situation were emphasized. In this context, issues related to the agreement reached on the EU civilian mission and the work of the mission were discussed.

Ararat Mirzoyan emphasized the moral position of the French side regarding the recent aggression of Azerbaijan and the efforts made by France to establish stability and security in the South Caucasus.
