Artur Hovhannisyan, secretary of the National Assembly "Civil Contract" faction, referred to the Armenian-Russian relations, assuring that Armenia and the Russian Federation are allied countries and continue their relations.
During the NA briefings, Hovhannisyan noted. "Yes, there are certain problems, we have registered those problems, and we are working with our partners; we are still waiting for clear steps and actions related to restoring our Republic's territorial integrity and launching contractual mechanisms."
