The deployment of the EU observation mission is expected by the end of October

The MPs of the "Civil Contract" faction of the National Assembly referred to the observation mission of the EU.
When asked whether the EU observation mission can prevent Azerbaijan's further actions, MP Vahagn Aleksanyan said, "Yes, Azerbaijan should leave this area because the territorial integrity of Armenia is not subject to negotiation. That mission, in our opinion, will contribute to stabilization and will additionally be another deterrent for possible Azerbaijani aggression."
It is still not clear when the EU observation mission will be deployed. In this regard, Hripsime Grigoryan, one of the deputies of the "Civil Contract" faction, added that they expect it to take place by the end of the month.
