The RA President sent a congratulatory message to Vladimir Putin on his birthday
The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on his 70th birthday.
President Khachaturyan's address states explicitly:
"Today, the palette of Armenian-Russian relations is rich with joint initiatives covering new areas of cooperation between our countries.
In Armenia, the steps to strengthen the friendship between our countries and people are highly appreciated. They are a solid basis for the further development of interstate cooperation in all fields.
I expect that your efforts will play an essential role in the dynamic development of the entire complex of strategic cooperation between Armenia and Russia in all fields to ensure stable peace and security in the South Caucasus.
Dear Vladimir Vladimir, I wish you good health, happiness, and success."
