Liana Tovmasyan was appointed advisor to the Minister of Justice by order of Grigor Minasyan, who is performing the duties of the Minister of Justice.
Since 2022, Liana Tovmasyan has held the Ministry of Health adviser position, coordinating separate functions in the structural divisions of the ministry.
It should be noted that from 2013-2017 Liana Tovmasyan graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the French University in Armenia. In 2017-2019, she studied and graduated from the Faculty of Law of the French University in Armenia, receiving a master's degree.
