Edmon Marukyan, an ambassador with special assignments, referred to the prospect of signing a peace treaty with Azerbaijan on his Twitter microblog.
"Armenia does not need a moderator, but a strong guarantor for peace treaty negotiations and the conclusion of a future lasting peace treaty with Azerbaijan.
Otherwise, it is impossible to agree with someone who holds a gun to your head and does not respect any agreement."
