Grigor Minasyan, acting as the Minister of Justice, presented the new model of service to the employees of the CES.

Grigor Minasyan, acting as the Minister of Justice, visited the Enforcement Service to present the new service model to the employees, which is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the employees' work.

Grigor Minasyan emphasized that the application of the new system is still experimental and is subject to further improvements and corrections, which should be made, especially with the employees' active participation, based on their proposals.

Sergey Meghryan, the head of the enforcement service, highly appreciated such a meeting and noted that the problems in the service could be solved only as a result of joint work.

Acting Minister Grigor Minasyan added that in recent months, active works had been carried out in the direction of reforming the service, and legislative changes, which are aimed not only at increasing the efficiency of the creation of enforcement officers but also at contributing to the establishment of direct contacts between enforcement officers and citizens and improving the quality of services.

With the support of international partners, the complete digitalization of the CES system is currently being carried out and will be completed by the end of the year; it is planned to improve the property status of the service, and in addition, it is designed to create a particular CES service model based on the patrol service model.

Minasyan emphasized that such reforms aim to radically change the public's perception of law enforcers, viewing them not as just confiscating entities but as officials who restore people's violated rights.
