The return of Armenian prisoners of war is the result of the agreement of the tripartite meeting initiated by Jake Sullivan

Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Council of Armenia, wrote on his Facebook page that the return of 17 Armenian prisoners of war to Armenia is the result of the agreement of the tripartite meeting held on September 27 at the initiative of US President Joe Biden's National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
"I hope that the tripartite work will continue to produce positive results for the solution of humanitarian issues, regional stability, and peace, and all agreements will be fulfilled.
"Armenia continues to adhere to all the agreements reached in Washington," wrote the Secretary of the Security Council.
