"Union of Informed Citizens" NGO coordinator Daniel Ioannisyan informed on his "Facebook" page that a group of Armenian NGOs met in Warsaw with US Deputy Undersecretary of State Kara MacDonald and the official head of the Criminal Justice Office (Military Crimes Office) of the US Department of State, Ambassador Michael Kozak. :
"We discussed a group of questions about Azerbaijan's military aggression and its consequences. Particular emphasis was placed on the need to prevent further aggressions and deploy OSCE observers on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
We also emphasized that it was essential for us that the USA showed a precise and targeted position regarding the cases of Azerbaijani aggression and the shooting of Armenian prisoners of war.
At the Warsaw conference of the OSCE/ODIHR, we made speeches highlighting Azerbaijan's war crimes and the state policy of Armenian hatred with several representatives.
