Andranik Kocharyan, chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Affairs, today's NA speech was dedicated to the memory of the victims of the 44-day war and to the memory of the victims of Azerbaijan's aggression in September.
"This month marks the 2nd year of the 44-day war. But after the 44-day war, we experienced a short period of brutal fighting, for which we again paid dearly. And since such painful realities can be repeated, because we know who is standing in front of us, it is necessary to stand up and move forward with new momentum. What's more, our adversary contributes to the immediate realization of our collective security problems with its actions", Andranik Kocharyan said.
