RA Deputy Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan referred to the shooting of Armenian prisoners of war, noting that the video that appeared on the Internet is new, and tools are being used to appeal to the ECHR and the International Court of Justice.
He assured. "Every day, 17-18 hours, the government does everything to give a legal assessment to all this. We do everything to prevent such things."
In a briefing with journalists, Minasyan expressed his opinion that, in addition to statements, it is necessary at all costs to achieve to use real toolkits and convict the guilty. "This video and the events that have taken place in recent months show that the people need peace, we all need it, and that video shows that there is a lot to be done in this direction.
This proves that our country needs peace sooner than later."
