We have already reported that a video appeared on the Internet showing how Azerbaijanis shot Armenian prisoners of war.
Edmon Marukyan, Ambassador with Special Assignments of Armenia, wrote on Twitter. "This is not the first case when the Azerbaijani authorities commit war crimes. The political and military leadership of Azerbaijan must answer for these atrocities.
It is worth noting that, according to the press secretary of the Ministry of Defense, there is no doubt about the authenticity of the video; it is typical handwriting of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
