In a conversation with Sputnik Armenia, Siranush Sahakyan, a human rights defender who defends the rights of Armenian prisoners of war at the ECHR, said that about the video spread on Telegram channels, in which Azerbaijani service members brutally shoot Armenian prisoners, there are 7-8 service members whose identification is being carried out now.
"The study is still ongoing, but we are almost certain that the atrocity occurred during another Azerbaijani aggression on September 13. The location has already been identified," said Sahakyan, without elaborating on which location in RA we are talking about.
The human rights defender also emphasized that some of the killed soldiers had already been identified; they were considered missing.
