A video of how Armenian prisoners of war are being shot was circulated
A video appeared on the Internet, showing how Azerbaijanis shoot Armenian prisoners of war. EU Special Representative Toivo Klaar described the footage as "terrible." Klaar tweeted: "Apparently, Armenian prisoners of war are executed. If this video is proven authentic, this is a war crime that must be investigated and the perpetrators punished."
Neil Hauer, an analyst on Caucasus issues, also wrote about the shared video. "A new video has appeared showing how Azerbaijani soldiers execute Armenian prisoners. The Armenian prisoners of war are completely healthy and are shot in front of dozens of Azerbaijani soldiers. This is probably from the attack carried out by Azerbaijan on Armenia on September 13-14."
Another horrible video has emerged of Armenian prisoners of war apparently being executed. If this video is proven to be authentic then this is a war crime that needs to be investigated and the perpetrators punished.
