Press Secretary of the RA Ministry of Defense Aram Torosyan, in response to the question of "Armenpress," commented on the video spread on the Azerbaijani "Telegram" channels, in which the Azerbaijani servicemen allegedly brutally shot Armenian prisoners. To find out the video's authenticity, we spoke with the press secretary of the Ministry of Defense. "We cannot give any specific information about the place and time; now, the relevant authorities are studying the video.

We think there is no doubt about its authenticity; it is handwriting typical of the Azerbaijani armed forces. That manuscript is known to the international community and us from the irrefutable evidence of previous similar cases."
