ICRC representatives visited captured Armenian citizens in Azerbaijan

On September 23, representatives of the ICRC visited the Armenian citizens detained due to the September military operations in Azerbaijan, whose capture was confirmed to the ICRC by the Azerbaijani authorities.
The visit was carried out in private conversations, and contact was established with the families.
