Radar Armenia learned from the website of Yerevan Municipality that the issue of appointing Tigran Avinyan as the deputy mayor was included in the agenda of the meeting of the Council of Elders on September 13.
It should be noted that the upcoming elections for the Mayor of Yerevan will be held in 2023; the ruling "Civil Contract" announced in March of this year that their candidate is the former Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan.
