Putin wrote in his address to the RA Prime Minister: "Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of Independence Day, the national holiday of the Republic of Armenia.

We attach great importance to friendly and allied relations with Armenia. Our countries must cooperate in various fields and coordinate efforts within the EAEU, CSTO, CIS, and other multilateral structures.

I am confident that the further development of constructive bilateral ties is in the fundamental interests of the Russian and Armenian peoples. The consistent implementation of the tripartite declarations signed in 2020 and 2021 is a reasonable basis for ensuring long-term peace and security in Transcaucasia.

I sincerely wish you good health, success in state activities, and happiness and well-being to all the citizens of fraternal Armenia."

In his address to the President of the Republic of Armenia, Putin stated: "Congratulations on the national holiday, Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia.

Armenian-Russian relations are based on good traditions of friendship and mutual respect. Our countries actively cooperate in political, trade-economic, humanitarian, and many other fields; they significantly contribute to promoting Eurasian integration processes.

I am confident that the further strengthening of alliance ties corresponds to the interests of the fraternal peoples of Russia and Armenia.

I sincerely wish you good health and success and all your fellow citizens peace and prosperity."
