This is an attack on Armenian democracy. Secretary of the Council of Ministers

Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Council of Armenia, described Azerbaijan's military aggression as an attack on Armenian democracy.

According to Grigoryan. "We assess that, by attacking Armenia, Azerbaijan will also attack Armenian democracy and, thus, challenge the democratic processes taking place in Armenia."
