During the question-and-answer session with government members in the National Assembly, RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan addressed the issues of the army's needs and mobilization. "The Armenian Defense Ministry can meet the needs of the army. When mobilization has not been announced, we have no problem providing personnel at this stage. Please do not engage in self-employment. Thank you for your support and willingness, but these supports sometimes bring down the army's credit. I will ask you to refrain from such steps. The Ministry of Defense acquires all the necessary accessories," Papikyan said.
