Armen Grigoryan met with the Russian co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group
On September 13, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan met with the Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, the special representative of the Russian Foreign Minister on improving relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Igor Khovaev.
The Secretary of the Security Council presented to the interlocutor the situation created on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border due to the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan at midnight on September 13. The interlocutors also discussed various issues regarding regulating relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
