Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in the SCO summit in Samarkand

Radar Armenia learned from the government's press service that due to the situation in Armenia, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan would not participate in the SCO summit in Samarkand.

The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Pashinyan and Aliyev would participate in the summit.

Let us add that the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held on September 15-16 in Samarkand.
