"The results of yesterday's CSTO summit were not surprising.
The decision to send the secretary general of the structure to the region was an empty decision, which aimed to avoid collective responsibility in the conditions of the attack against Armenia.
The wordings sounded at the summit - "information comes from both sides," "it is difficult to talk about encroachment on the border because it is not demarcated" speak about the meaninglessness of that structure," Zohrabyan wrote.
