"Thanks to international partners, a ceasefire agreement was reached." Armen Grigoryan

Secretary of the RA Security Council Armen Grigoryan will announce on Public TV that a ceasefire agreement was reached thanks to international partners.
He stated that no document would be signed at the moment; what is on the negotiation table is public.
"Azerbaijan has not achieved significant success on the battlefield. Thanks to our army, it was possible to prevent the realization of a bigger plan on the table. And since it was impossible to succeed in that field, they started processes inside RA," said Armen Grigoryan.
