An additional request was submitted to the ECHR for the service members' rights seen in the videos.

The office of the representative of the Republic of Armenia on international legal issues reports that since yesterday, videos have been circulating on the Internet where Armenian prisoners of war can be seen who is actually under the control of Azerbaijani service members.
"In addition to yesterday's request to apply interim measures against Azerbaijan, we have presented to the European Court an additional request to apply an interim measure for the protection of the fundamental rights of the servicemen seen in the videos."
